ACT Running is not simply an exercise team. It is a community that finds common ground in fitness, laughter and friendship. We explore the boundaries of our limits and our neighborhoods. Nature is our gym. We focus equally between the fundamentals of fitness, self-confidence, and community. Runners are trained using a Run-Walk-Run method (scheduled walk breaks) which allows your body and mind to safely increase distance and speed. ACT Running makes running and walking accessible, sustainable and down-right enjoyable.
