We are a group of runners who simply like/love to run. Come join us ! FREE group!!! We run short distances and long. We run on trail and we run on pavement. We are currently in our sixth year and growing stronger ever day. We run consistently Tuesday and Wednesday and hope to add Thursday ( afternoon /evening) when it gets lighter outdoors! Saturday morning has become a super time to join as we have added a coffee time after the run - - check the events tab for times and places. Often there are added Sunday events and ad-hoc as people post they want to run together. I guess we could say we run every day!
