And we want you to join us! Here is a calendar of our FREE group runs in Kansas City. Just because The Running Well Store throws the party, doesn’t mean we always meet at the store. Make sure you check the events calendar to see where to meet up with the crew. Rules of TRWS Group Runs in Kansas City: 1. Everyone is welcome. Seriously, join us! 2. Run or walk at your own pace, and encourage others on their own journey. 3. Meet a new person after the run. 4. Wear a light for safety. 5. Follow the general safety guidelines of running (run against traffic, be visible, utilize sidewalks, etc) All abilities welcome, walkers and runners, dogs, and strollers!
