Mile One Running Shop was in operation in Minot from 2010 until July of 2015, locally owned and operated by Connie Feist. As the only running specialty store in the Central and Western North Dakota Region, they carried a great selection of name brand running shoes and apparel. In addition they proudly supported our local track and field, and cross country teams at the high school and college level and were actively involved in our community. While the store was in operation, it offered weekly group runs and a spring training program (O3). As the years passed the community of runners participating in these group runs and events grew and grew, forming what is now Mile One Running Group. While the store has now gone into retirement, Mile One Running Group lives on. This website will serve as one of ways of communicating with our members and those interested in joining us for group runs, races, and other community events. Whether you have run marathons or are attempting to run your first mile, we welcome you to join us! All paces and ages welcome!
