A non-competitive, Family-Friendly environment for the weekend warriors, leisure runners, and even the walkers. This group is designed to build a community of runners and walkers alike, in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. And to get outside! Parents feel free to bring kids and strollers. We will meet every Thursday at 6:00pm in the NW corner of the ARC parking lot. There is a 1, 2, 3 and 6 mile route that will be marked out. (out and back)
